New Design of Diesel Fuel Polishing Buggy Released
Filter Solutions Ltd are proud to reveal an improved version of our popular Fuel Polishing Buggy. New features include:
- The most obvious change is that we have created an upright frame which is easier to control and hold. The 10″ pneumatic wheels remain from previous designs and allow for smooth manoeuvring over rough terrain.
- The overall footprint is significantly smaller and therefore consumes less space in a service vehicle. This design was created with the idea of fitted the polisher into a Transit van or similar size vehicle.
- We have managed to reduce the weight by 5kg and now sits at 60kg (with hoses & delivery gun).
- And finally we have added some colour to the units and feel they look fantastic now, but what do you think.
The filtration efficiency is still very high meeting ISO 4406, SAE J1488 & J1839 water removal efficiency. Essentially none of the original component parts have been changed and the only significant changes is the appearance. In the process of developing this unit there has been a welcomed streamline of manufacturing process and thus a reduction in unit cost.
